Dear TSC EU members,

We will reconvene for our first monthly meeting this Thursday. The tantative agenda is as follows: 1. Recap of MindSpore community latest development. 2. Recap of Jina EAH Workshop session 3. New proposal of Reinforcement Learning SIG for TSC approval 4. Events planning.
