[MindSpore-tsc] MindSpore TSC meeting 2021 Feb 18

Dear TSC Members, This is a kind reminder for our upcoming MindSpore TSC Monthly meeting on 2021 Feb 18 16:00 (UTC+08:00).

This TSC meeting takes place on the first day after the Chinese New Year, we review on a minor release of MindSpore version 1.1.1, and a new SIG group.
