In light of several China based TSC members attending Huawei Connect 2020
conference and the development phase of 1.0 release into a critical stage,
let's cancel tomorrow's meeting. We will still post 1.0 release plan, the
branch maintenance policy and milestone policy after 1.0 via the mailing
list for your review, please do not hesitate to provide your key insight.
One interesting development is that we will host our first *MindSpore Study
Group Russia online meetup *on Thursday UTC0700, please check out my
twitter post here
