Hi Team,

This email is my nomination of:

1. Adding Zhaizhiqiang and Zhangxuetong to the maintainer team of Executor SIG.

2. Removing Guanjian from the maintainer team of Executor SIG.

Zhaizhiqiang is responsible for designing & developing the inference framework of Mindspore, especially focusing on improving performance of MindSpore on Mobile and IOT devices, please refer to [0] for the code contributed by him.

Zhangxuetong has been implementing MindSpore’s predict module, including model converter tool and inference runtime, please refer to [0] for the code contributed by him as well

Guanjian will be working on other modules, many thanks for his contribution in the Executor SIG!
